Baking has been my passion for over 10 years. For a while, I even took custom orders, but I quickly realized that my true love lies in freedom and experimentation—not in baking strictly to someone else’s order.
For me, baking is the ultimate form of meditation and therapy. There is a pure, simple magic to it: knowing for sure that if you mix eggs, flour, and good chocolate, you are guaranteed to end up with a rich, perfect brownie.
Over time, my passion for baking expanded into food photography. Sometimes I fall in love with a recipe simply because I want to capture a beautiful frame I’ve envisioned! I started food photography just a few years back and I love the creativity it gives me—trying to catch the flavor, texture, and essence of my recipe through a single frame.
The mission behind Saturdaycrumbs is to show that anyone can bake something wonderfully delicious for their family. You don’t need a culinary degree for that; you just need «your» person to share those little secrets, kitchen hacks, and gentle guidance that help you create the perfect dessert.
